Background | The client is an Urgent Care focusing on Occupational Health and Family Urgent Care. Despite achieving strong SEO traffic they faced a significant challenge: low conversion rates.
Challenges | The website had a large amount of valuable content, but it was poorly organized. This created a poor user experience and high bounce rates. The website was not mobile friendly and their conversion rate was below industry averages.
Strategy and Implementation | We created a new website design with a clear structure with content categorized under intuitive headings. Key conversion points were identified and strategically placed CTAs were added to guide users. The new website was designed with a mobile-first approach. This included responsive design techniques to ensure the site looked and performed well on smartphones and tablets.
Results | After the new website was launced the bounce rate dropped over 15% and online conversions increased by 10%. This case highlights the importance of a well-organized, user-friendly website to enhance user journeys and encourage conversions.

Challenges | The client's company GBP was not optimized resulting in poor ranking and visibility in local search results. Their profile lacked essential information, important keywords and outdated information.
Strategy and Implementation | I updated the GBP with accurate data, added multiple local keyword variations, responded to all reviews, created a posting schedule, built out their products and services categories and added new photos.
Results | Within four months of implementing the optimization strategies the client experienced significant improvements including ranking on page one of local searches and a 60% increase in profiles that lead to more user interactions and engagement. Website traffic from local searches increased by 30% resulting in more leads and conversions.

Background | The client, initially a retail window company, decided to transition into manufacturing windows. The move aimed to leverage greater control over the supply chain, improve profit margins, and sign up dealers throughout the U.S. With this strategic shift, they needed a comprehensive market strategy to establish them as a leading window manufacturer and attract both B2B clients across several major cities in the United States. The objective was to establish them as a thought leader in their industry, sign up dealers and create brand awareness.
Challenges | Creating an entirely new marketing strategy that could generate awareness among exterior remodeling companies and engage industry professionals solely through targeted SEO content and organic social media channels.
Strategy and Implementation | Conducted keyword research to identify high-volume and relevant search terms related to window manufacturing in targeted cites. Analyzed competitor strategies and market positioning to identify gaps and opportunities. Created optimized landing pages for several target cities. Developed a LinkedIn posting schedule highlighting blogs, how to guides and company updates.
Results | Gained over 2,000 LinkedIn followers in the first 4 months, generated a 33% increase in SEO leads and a 45% increase in SEO users on the website.

Background | The dental practice is a well-established clinic known for its high-quality general dentistry services. However, despite having a strong patient base for routine dental procedures, the practice struggled to attract patients seeking high-revenue services like dental implants and cosmetic procedures. The conversion rate for these high-value services was under 3%, and the practice was not seeing a return on investment from its PPC campaigns targeting these areas.
Challenges | The existing PPC campaigns were not effectively converting clicks into appointments for high-revenue services. The dental implant and cosmetic procedure market is highly competitive, making it difficult to stand out. While generating low-cost leads for routine procedures was successful, allocating budget towards high-revenue patient acquisition without guaranteed returns was a significant concern.
Strategy and Implementation | To address these challenges I created a targeted approach focusing on an older demographic, affluent areas and using keywords that would resonate with this audience. I built a landing page dedicated to information and reviews for dental implants and cosmetic procedures that also highlighted the dentist's experience, personality, state-of-the-art technology and what made him different from his competitors.
Results | The conversion rate for dental implant and cosmetic procedure leads increased from under 3% to over 10%. The practice attracted higher quality leads, resulting in more appointments for high-revenue services. Despite the competitive market, the campaigns maintained an affordable CPC, ensuring a higher return on investment.
